A passionate leader with a hands-on approach Nicole knows how to get the most out of her plants. Ten years of growing experience coupled with 30 years business and industry experience has led to the development of VanView Acres Hemp Farm. Working all aspects of the farm Nicole manages the team and delivers on what she promises, top quality compliant hemp with the highest CBD ratios possible. Family owned and operated VanView Acres is positioned well in the marketplace to become one of the top producers of compliant hemp in Missouri.
Matt is the iron workhorse of our operation. When it comes to anything labor intensive, he gets the job done. Whether it be seeding, planting, laying drip irrigation, plastic mulch, or operating the equipment, he does it all. The Vandiver work ethic is in his blood and he is not afraid to get down and dirty for our dream. After receiving his college education, he has now dedicated his time and effort into making sure our farm is successful. Matt is very passionate about growing and producing the highest quality CBD and is gaining valuable experience in the business community.

Linda, the consummate perfectionist, plays a huge role on the Vandiver hemp farm. Linda is our chief design architect developing our agricultural plan, building blueprints, and managing the day-to-day tasks for our employees. The company vision might not have started with Linda, but it certainly would not have come to fruition without her extensive planning and thoughtful execution of the plan. As the matriarch of the family, she keeps the work on schedule and ensures everyone knows what’s expected for the day. Linda is also an excellent shucker and bucker during harvest season.

William, the strong silent type, is a retired carpenter of 55 years and can teach a lifetime of skills in a few hours. Whether it be from wood working, navigating a tractor, field work, or really anything labor intensive, Bill knows how to get the job done. Grandpa’s job on the farm is associated with equipment upkeep, setting up our watering/nutrient pumps, and preparing the field for planting. He’s also chief plant cutter during harvest season and ensures everyone is sufficiently fed with his better than Texas BBQ.
